Senior Business Analyst with JDE experience in Financials

Trissential is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with JDE experience specializing in financials to join our client team onsite in Greenville, WI or Clearwater, FL. • Lead the migration process from Frontline to JDE, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to financial operations
• Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify areas for improvement and align JDE configurations with business needs
• Configure JDE Financial modules to meet organizational requirements and ensure optimal system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and drive project milestones
• Develop user-focused training materials, manuals, and workshops to ensure successful adoption of the JDE system by end users
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement by clearly communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations
• Support end users post-implementation with troubleshooting, ongoing training, and system optimization
• Assist in change management initiatives, driving user buy-in and fostering a culture of adaptability

• Proven experience in business analysis, specifically within JDE Financial modules
• Hands-on experience configuring JDE for financial processes and system migration projects
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, with the ability to identify and bridge operational gaps
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to translate complex technical details into user-friendly processes and materials

• Expertise in JDE Financials, including configuration and system migration
• Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and implement solutions
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and building collaborative relationships
• Ability to design and deliver user training (manuals, workshops, one-on-one coaching)
• Experience driving change management initiatives and fostering user adoption
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience in small to medium-sized organizational environments
• Previous involvement in full-cycle ERP implementation or financial system upgrades

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on JDE Financials and system configuration
• Demonstrated experience in migrating financial systems and training end users through large-scale transitions
• Experience working directly with financial teams and IT to ensure alignment during system migrations

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The hourly pay range for this role is $75 to $85 depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; up to 48 hours of accrued paid safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
