Software Developer - Azure OpenAI Developer

Trissential is seeking a Software Developer specializing in Azure OpenAI to join our client’s team in a remote role in Minneapolis, MN. • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using Azure OpenAI, creating custom solutions that respond to unique client needs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape AI-driven features and deliver impactful solutions, guiding projects from concept to completion
• Uphold Quality Standards: Apply best practices in coding, testing, and version control, ensuring applications are robust, reliable, and ready to scale
• Optimize for Performance: Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and make optimizations to enhance the speed, reliability, and efficiency of applications
• Support & Enhance: Provide technical support and improvements throughout the software lifecycle, helping clients achieve sustainable AI implementations
• Share Insights: Contribute your expertise to recommend new AI features and solutions based on advancements in technology and evolving client needs

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Azure and AI/ML
• Demonstrated experience deploying and managing applications on Azure, particularly in AI-driven solutions

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of Azure AI services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning
• Experience with APIs and microservices architectures
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and development of chatbots or virtual assistants 
• Proficiency in Prompt Engineering, with the ability to craft prompts that optimize model outputs

• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and experience with data privacy compliance
• Familiarity with additional machine learning frameworks and libraries
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency using Azure SDKs to interact programmatically with Azure resources

• A proven ability to design and implement AI solutions that drive measurable client success
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, ideally with experience in consulting or client-facing environments

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The hourly pay range for this role is $70 to $85 based on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; up to 48 hours of accrued paid safe and sick time, and 401k retirement savings.
