Senior Project Manager

Trissential is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our client team in a hybrid role south of the Twin Cities Metro, with some travel required. In this position, you’ll lead an impactful site consolidation project across 11 locations, using your expertise in facilities and operations to streamline processes and guide a smooth, strategic transition. • Lead and coordinate all phases of the site consolidation project, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and on budget
• Serve as a collaborative resource for team members, sharing your expertise and setting a high standard for quality and effectiveness
• Develop, oversee, and adapt project plans, aligning schedules, budgets, and resources for efficient project execution
• Engage with diverse stakeholders, including facilities, operations, and IT teams, to support cohesive project progress
• Document project details comprehensively, including status updates, budget tracking, and risk management efforts
• Identify and address potential project risks, proactively implementing solutions to keep the project on track
• Provide regular updates and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders to foster transparency and engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and industry best practices

• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project
• Highly organized with excellent documentation abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
• Strategic problem-solver, able to make informed decisions under pressure

• Familiarity with IT project needs, such as ERP integrations, is a plus

• Significant experience in managing large-scale, complex projects, ideally in facilities and operations
• Demonstrated success in managing budgets and maintaining financial accountability
• Proven ability to lead in dynamic environments, supporting teams and promoting best practices

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $115,000 to $145,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
