JDE Functional Consultant – Manufacturing/Operations

Trissential is seeking a JDE Functional Consultant with expertise in Manufacturing and Operations to join our client team on a hybrid model with 3 days onsite in either Greenville, WI or Dodge Center, MN. In this role, your deep knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) will drive enhancements in the manufacturing and operational processes, ensuring systems are optimized for efficiency and performance. As a core team member, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders on a JDE project focused on system upgrades and improvements. • Work with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements specific to JDE Manufacturing and Operations modules
• Lead configuration, customization, and enhancement of JDE systems to align with project goals, tailoring solutions to meet operational needs
• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business users, ensuring project goals are clearly communicated and aligned with business objectives
• Manage project phases, from requirements gathering to testing and implementation, ensuring solutions meet organizational standards
• Provide expert support and troubleshooting for JDE Manufacturing and Operations modules, ensuring smooth system performance
• Conduct end-user training and support change management to ensure seamless adoption of system enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven functional experience with JD Edwards, with a focus on Manufacturing and Operations modules
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and operations processes within a JDE environment
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage various stages of JDE-related projects

• Expertise in JD Edwards Manufacturing and Operations modules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide tailored business solutions
• Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills suited to a consulting environment
• Skilled in project documentation, testing, and training procedures

• Experience with JDE system upgrades or enhancements, ideally in an analyst or project management role
• Familiarity with production planning, workflow processes, or operations management within JD Edwards

• 3+ years of experience as a JD Edwards functional consultant, focusing on Manufacturing and Operations
• Prior experience within a consulting environment or on large-scale JDE projects is preferred

Trissential offers a competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $123,000 to $135,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
