Trissential is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI with a hybrid work structure. In this role, you’ll focus on driving business growth within the Wisconsin and Illinois markets while having opportunities to expand into new regions. You will lead client-facing efforts, cultivating relationships and developing strategic sales plans tailored to your clients’ needs. If you thrive on closing complex deals, maintaining strong partnerships, and achieving impressive sales targets between $5M and $10M annually, this position is a great fit. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work in the US.
Trissential offers a competitive compensation with a base salary and commission for roles in the sales job family. The base salary for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
