Overview

Trissential is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Milwaukee, WI with a hybrid work structure. In this role, you’ll focus on driving business growth within the Wisconsin and Illinois markets while having opportunities to expand into new regions. You will lead client-facing efforts, cultivating relationships and developing strategic sales plans tailored to your clients’ needs. If you thrive on closing complex deals, maintaining strong partnerships, and achieving impressive sales targets between $5M and $10M annually, this position is a great fit. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Uncover and pursue new business opportunities within the Wisconsin and Illinois markets, focusing on our service offerings
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets of $5M - $10M through leveraging existing relationships and creating new partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term success and client satisfaction
  • Regularly attend in-person client meetings to establish trust and deepen relationships—this is a key part of your success
  • Tailor and execute strategic sales plans that align with local market trends and company goals
  • Lead the development of customized proposals and presentations that resonate with client needs
  • Seek out new business opportunities beyond the Wisconsin and Illinois regions, growing your portfolio in untapped markets
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of service agreements and maintain high levels of client satisfaction
  • Track and report on your sales pipeline using Salesforce, providing accurate sales forecasts and market insights

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience selling services, with a proven record of achieving sales targets of $5M - $10M annually
  • Strong experience closing complex B2B service deals
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey service value to clients effectively
  • A natural relationship-builder who thrives on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Proven expertise in contract negotiation, pricing strategies, and managing the full sales cycle
  • Experience conducting face-to-face client meetings and building trust-based relationships
  • Familiarity with Wisconsin and Illinois markets, with the flexibility to adapt to new regions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for managing pipelines and delivering market insights
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently

Desired skills

  • Experience selling technical consulting services is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Benefits

Trissential offers a competitive compensation with a base salary and commission for roles in the sales job family.  The base salary for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 annually depending on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; 3 weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
