Trissential is seeking an Organizational Change Manager to join our remote client team. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute an enterprise change management program, to reduce change resistance, and ensure leadership buy in for a technology solution program.
  • Promote diversity and respect in the workplace.
  • Identify and address stakeholder resistance points.
  • Develop and execute change strategies to facilitate rapid adoption of defined changes.
  • Build a Change Management Strategy and Plan that includes Communication and Education Plans for the engagement.
  • Build trusting relationships at all levels within the company and facilitate collaboration across departments and functions to enable successful and efficient organizational change.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and organizational and departmental readiness assessments; evaluate and present findings with action plans in a logical and easy-to-understand format to key stakeholders.
  • Perform a detailed change impact assessment to identify how and to what degree the program will impact people and processes.
  • Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including (but not limited to) leadership alignment and sponsorship engagement, and communication and stakeholder (residents, employees, and community partners) engagement.
  • Consult on training content, delivery, and assessments.
  • Establish metrics, key performance indicators, and measurements to report, monitor, and reinforce change-related progress, track and report issues, and ensure quality of change related activities and deliverables along with end-user compliance over time.
  • Be an active and visible advisor to project sponsor, leadership, and key stakeholders.
  • Identify on-board and coach change agents (if applicable).
  • Facilitate sessions to support stakeholder engagement; build internal change competency and aptitude.
  • Plan and integrate change management activities into the overall project plan to support a successful implementation.

Qualifications

  • Mastery-level, hands-on practitioner experience applying organizational change management disciplines and methodology and designing and developing artifacts to influence an organization’s ability to adapt to change.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships of all levels of an organization.

Benefits

Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $175,000 to $188,000 annually based on candidate's qualifications and experience. This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; three weeks PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
